Data we collect

GoStay collects only what is needed to run your estate: your name, email address, phone number and house number. Payment records linked to your house are also stored so your estate can confirm coverage.

We do not collect any other personal data. We do not sell data, and we do not use estate data for advertising.

How your data is used

Your name, phone number and house number are used to identify you as a resident of your estate, to match you to the correct house, and to let your estate’s admins confirm your payments. Estate admins use broadcasts to send you notices about the estate.

The Nigeria Data Protection Act (NDPA) 2023

GoStay processes personal data in accordance with the Nigeria Data Protection Act 2023. We keep your data accurate, store it only for as long as your estate needs it, and take reasonable technical measures to protect it.

Who can see your data

Only the admins of your own estate can see house-level records such as phone numbers and payment status. Resident records are not visible to other residents.

Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data. Contact leovenlogistics@gmail.com or ask your estate admin to update your record in the estate registry.
