GoStay is a software tool
GoStay, operated by Leoven Group, is a software tool for residential estates. It records houses, residents, payments and notices. It is not a bank, a payment processor or a collections agency.
Each estate collects its own money
All security bill payments are made by residents directly into their estate’s own bank account. GoStay never holds, processes, transfers or refunds estate funds.
Admin responsibilities
Estate admins are responsible for confirming payments accurately, keeping the house registry correct, and reviewing payment proofs fairly. Sensitive admin actions are recorded in the estate’s audit log.
Your account
You agree to provide accurate information and to keep your login credentials safe. You are responsible for activity carried out with your account.
Service availability and changes
We work to keep GoStay available, but the service is provided as-is. We may add, change or remove features as the product grows.
Disputes and liability
Payment disputes between residents and estates are resolved between the parties — GoStay is the record of what was paid and confirmed, not a party to the transaction.
